Gutierrez Says U.S. Exports Will Grow with Colombia Pact

Washington (Dec. 3)—U.S. Commerce Secretary Carlos M. Gutierrez spoke at the Heritage Foundation’s event, “Colombia and the United States: Partners in Security, Partners in Prosperity.” He discussed the progress that Colombia has made as a nation, and urged approval of the Colombia trade agreement, which will boost U.S. exports.
